Cucumber, daikon radish, pickled myoga ginger, Tosa vinegar
●Appetizer Raw egg pickled in yuzu
Small turban shell simmered in savory sauce, chicken matsu-kaze style, duck breast, cherry blossom sweet potato
●Soup: Dobinmushi (steamed soup in an earthenware pot) with sweet sea bream, shrimp, Daikoku wetland, and cherry blossom-shaped gluten.
●Sashimi: A selection of four types of sashimi from the Seto Inland Sea.
